Seven months

Eleanor is now 16 lbs, 13 oz, and 26.5 inches long.

This month-by-month update comes to you all the way from Japan :)

She is sitting up on her own. She is as happy as a person can be when mom comes to get her in the morning. She LOVES her ballerina bear – I often find them cuddling in her crib. She has no interest in sophie. She’s feeding herself and loving every minute of it. She is starting to take more interest in the dogs, watching them as they approach her and reaching out to pet them. She will no longer sit still for more than 5 minutes long. She loves when daddy makes her into an airplane, and she loves hanging upside-down. She is experimenting with her sounds, but still holding back on the consonants. Her smiles are contagious. She loves the Toronto Blue Jays. She’s been to a whole new continent! She has met an owl and she met a monkey. So far, month seven is the best month ever :)
