Welcome everyone! Come on in and see my cozy fall decor! Today I’m joining the DIY Mommy, and an amazing group of Canadian bloggers to show off our autumn homes. I’m so excited you’ve stopped by! Fall is my absolute favourite season and I never miss a chance to decorate.
The first thing you will see when you pop into my home is our living room! I LOVE the high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling fireplace in this room. It’s our most used space and my favourite to decorate.
I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking!
There is no better way to add warmth than some cozy throw blankets and pillows. You can find the tutorial for those no-sew deer pillows on YouTube right now!
Our DIY Coffee Table (with free build plans!), is one of the focal points in this room, but with a toddler and a always-climbing-baby, the decor on the tables must stay simple and child-friendly. Plastic white pumpkins it is!
The cute mason jar lid pumpkin is one that I made last year, and I still love it!
Then comes the fireplace.
Again, I kept the floor decor child-friendly :) The “Autumn” sign is my absolute favourite piece right now. I made it to add height to the fireplace decor, and I’m SO glad I did. The tutorial is coming soon!
The “hello” sign is another DIY, and the yarn pumpkins are the best purchase I made this year!
On the way out of the living room, you will find my DIY Command Center. I just added a little fall to the chalkboard and placed a couple owls underneath :)
My kitchen is all set up for a beautiful fall dinner – including my copper centerpieces!
The kitchen counters got a bit of festive decor too. Starting my filling my DIY copper wine rack with fall flavours!
And finally, the master bedroom. My husband thinks it’s ridiculous that I decorate our bedroom for each season, but I LOVE it. My bedroom is my sanctuary and I definitely want it to feel cozy!
Across from our bed sits this lovely corner fireplace, which we built the wooden mantel for.
Hope you enjoyed the tour! Happy Fall!!
I’m taking part in the Canadian Bloggers Home Tour this week! Each day, a new group of Canadian bloggers will be sharing their Fall decor. Visit each home tour by following the links on the days below.
