Take the clock apart. You want the clock mechanism and the hands.

Measure and mark the frame where you want the clock hardware to sit.

Drill the hole in the frame for the clock hardware.

Stain the wood clock in the color of your choice.

Carefully install the clock hardware. I glued the back piece first, then added the hands.
