Six months

Eleanor is now 16 pounds 1 oz., and 25 inches long!

Half a year old? How is that even possible? Time is racing past us so quickly. Yet I can’t, for the life of me, remember a time when you weren’t around.

You are practicing your yoga moves daily. You love your set of keys. You are constantly trying to fly. Daddy elicits the sweetest giggles when he blows raspberries on your belly or your cheeks. Your hair still seems to be getting lighter. You’re learning to use individual fingers instead of the whole hand. You love adore food, with the exception of those disgusting peaches. You’re sitting up with all your weight on your hands. You LOVE being outside; watching the wind blow and the leaves rustle. You traveled to Ontario and met two of your uncles, and you’re planning a trip to meet another uncle very soon! You know exactly what you want and when you want it, and you make sure that we know too. You talk up a storm – usually when no one is listening. You are the absolute cutest baby. So far, month six is the best month ever!

I cannot wait for the next 6 months… 6 years… 6 hundred years!
