Nine Months

Evelyn is now 23lbs. 6 oz, 28 inches long, and nine months old.

Once a month I step away from my DIYs to share the mommy behind the blog. Each month I share the growth of my baby girl and this month there has been a LOT of growth! We had to put up the baby gate and lower the crib – she is on the move! She started crawling a few weeks ago. Let’s be clear, by “crawling”, I meaning army crawling – pulling herself forwards with her arms, pushing off from her toes, and cleaning my floors with her belly. Shortly after that she was pulling herself up to sitting and almost to standing. Evelyn started feeding herself this month. She L.O.V.E’s food and mama LOVES having her hands free for an extra hour every day. She cannot fall asleep without Lucy – her favourite stuffed elephant – and the pictures below will show you just how much she loves her! Evelyn can scream at the top of her lungs, scowl like nobody’s business, and giggle to make anyone smile. She is happy, curious and active. Life with two girls is bliss!
