Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp of cilantro
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Mash up the avocados. Dice the tomatoes and add them in. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste (more or less of what you like)! We LOVE garlic in this house, and I only like a hint of cilantro (both can be quite overpowering!). As you make the recipe, you will learn which ingredients you like more or less of :)

  2. Nothing better than having fresh guacamole. I add a very tiny bit of sweet bell pepper in ours and it gives it a totally different taste. Thanks for sharing on Merry Monday.
