This week I found myself making homemade guacamole to go alongside another recipe and I realized that I haven’t shared this AMAZING easy, peasy recipe on the blog before. I love guacamole because it’s healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare. Here’s my easy 5 minute guacamole recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp of cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
Mash up the avocados. Dice the tomatoes and add them in. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste (more or less of what you like)! We LOVE garlic in this house, and I only like a hint of cilantro (both can be quite overpowering!). As you make the recipe, you will learn which ingredients you like more or less of :)
That’s it! It takes less than 5 minutes. The perfect addition to a dinner or snack. Eat it with chips, crackers, veggies, anything! Enjoy :){

Nothing better than having fresh guacamole. I add a very tiny bit of sweet bell pepper in ours and it gives it a totally different taste. Thanks for sharing on Merry Monday.
Thanks Erlene! The sweet bell pepper would be great in this too!
I tried guacamole for the first time about 6 months ago and I am totally addicted to it now. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us at the #HomeMattersParty this week.
