Christmas Card Making

If you read this post from yesterday, than you already know that I did a marathon of scrapbooking this weekend!
Scrapbook pages aren’t the only things I had to show for it though! I also managed to shoot off 37 Christmas cards – yes, you did read that correctly! 37 homemade holiday cards! And I’m going to show some off here…

25 of those amazing cards were made using VERY quick card kits (that’s my amazing secret!). I used the Close to My Heart Snowhaven Cardmaking Kit to make the first 15,

snowhaven

and the Cut Above Christmas Card Kit to make the next 10.

Then I had to start getting creative… lol.

Materials:
(all Close to My Heart unless stated)

Paper: Snowhaven paper pack, Yuletide Carol paper pack,  White cards and envelopes
Ink: Olive, Ruby, Slate, Whisper
Accessories: Snowhaven card kit accessories, black shimmer trim, black epoxy baubles
Stamps: Sing Glory, Be Jolly, Home for the Holidays

Here are 3 card layouts I came up with, using the supplies above.

I’m SO excited for the holidays now!! To sip hot chocolate while I write in Christmas cards :) I love sending out these homemade goodies!
